Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us on +91 92782 51950 or email (mehdy.store.info@gmail.com). After 24 hours, work on your order has started and it cannot be cancelled.
Custom and personalised items
Custom or personalised items cannot be cancelled after confirmation and are not eligible for refund or return.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video (recorded from opening the sealed package). After verification, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
Handmade variations
Because every piece is handmade, small variations in colour, shape or finish are natural and are not considered defects.
Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
